I am unsure if my order has been processed. How do I check?
When your order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. Occasionally emails end up in the junk/spam folder. Take a look there.
The confirmation email contains the following:
- Your order number
- Items ordered
- Delivery time
Alternatively, check Your Orders. If there’s a pending order showing, your order has been submitted successfully. If not, we haven’t received it.
