How does honestbee process payments?

Our checkout and payment processes are always done using a secure server connection. We use Transport Security Layer (TLS) with 128 bit encryption, the industry standard in secure server protection. Card data is never saved by us and is always transmitted securely to a PCI certified payment service provider to process the payment.

When you check out, your order has been accepted and the payment has been successfully processed. The final receipt will be sent within 5 days.

After we have delivered your order, you’ll receive a final receipt email containing your:

* Order number

* Substitute or out of stock items

* Final order total

If there is any amendment required such as due to out of stock, missing item and other similar cases, we will refund the balance/amount back to your card and it shall take approximately up to 14 business days for the amount to be reflected in to your account ( depending on your bank processing time )

This is also applies to Pop-up stores (E.g. Mother’s Day store, CNY store, etc.). We charge your card when the order is placed.
