Your card is only charged after you receive your delivery. If an item is out of stock, your receipt is adjusted before we make any deductions.
Pop-up stores (E.g. Mother’s Day store, Chinese New Year store, etc.) are an exception. We charge your card when the order is placed. It takes 3 - 10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
